Because many hand feeding formulae have excessive amounts of additives including iron you have to take care that you feed all parrots a low iron diet. Some species are going to have genetic Iron Overload Disease which will make them even more susceptible.
I think the Chalcopsitta family of lories do have this problem as they seem to have IOD quite often after about 2 years of age.
